Omega 365 USA recognized as a Top Workplace in Houston for 2025
A focus on trust, openness, and collaboration has once again earned Omega 365 USA a place on the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces list for 2025. The recognition is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through the Energage survey platform, offering a genuine look at how the team experiences their workdays in Houston.

This year’s responses describe an office where people enjoy working together. Employees highlight a friendly and supportive environment, where colleagues make room for one another, departments cooperate naturally, and leaders communicate clearly about the direction forward. The organization stood out across several Energage culture categories, including Inclusion, Informed Leaders, and Efficient Meetings. In addition, 98 percent of employees said the company operates with strong values.
“The feedback shows that our team approaches their work with care and genuine collaboration,” says President Øyvind Vik. “The atmosphere in Houston comes from people who look out for one another throughout the day.”
A culture shaped by openness and teamwork
Feedback from the Houston team points to a workplace where openness, humility, and a solution-oriented approach guide day-to-day work. Employees note that questions are welcome, ideas are shared freely, and teamwork is central. Many feel trusted in their roles and value the opportunity to influence processes and improvements. One employee summarized this by saying, “Omega leadership trusts the skills and experience I bring to the company, and they let me use those attributes to drive my job.”
This year’s survey also showed that 92 percent of employees feel they have opportunities to learn and grow, 88 percent find their work meaningful, and 96 percent experience Omega 365 USA as an inclusive workplace. Employees also shared that they feel well informed about what is happening in the company and appreciate the communication they receive from leaders.
Vik says the recognition reflects the commitment of the Houston team.

The team works closely with clients in the energy and industrial sectors and contributes to system development, project delivery, and customer support across regions. Collaboration across international offices and time zones is a natural part of the workday, and the survey results point to a team that navigates these demands effectively.
This year’s strong results underline that the Houston office remains a stable and central part of Omega 365’s long-term commitment in the region. The team continues to grow alongside new projects, client needs, and opportunities.
