Omega 365 Consulting has entered into a multi-year framework agreement with BKK AS, a leading company in energy distribution and power grid development, to provide technical advisory services and temporary technical personnel. Under the agreement, Omega 365 Consulting will deliver engineering services within planning, document control, design, project management, construction management, and related disciplines. Consultants will support BKK’s projects in grid expansion, construction, and technical project execution, where high standards for quality, safety, and efficient delivery are essential.

“This is an important agreement for us in Bergen, both because BKK is a new client and because we have the opportunity to contribute within energy distribution. It’s particularly valuable to collaborate with a company located just across the street and with such a clear role in the region. We look forward to working together and providing expertise that supports BKK’s projects,” says Stian Bjørkheim, Department Manager in Bergen.

Providing key expertise for BKK’s projects

In the first phase, Omega 365 Consulting will supply personnel for several core roles, including planner, document controller, design manager, project engineer, and construction site manager. These positions have already been announced, and the consultants will join BKK’s project teams, contributing to progress, quality assurance, and documentation across ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

The agreement paves the way for close collaboration between the companies and enables Omega 365 Consulting to take part in long-term, socially important projects in the region.

Chosen for quality and proven experience

The agreement follows a competitive tender involving several suppliers. Omega 365 Consulting was selected based on its documented experience from technical projects and its ability to quickly mobilize qualified personnel, and has been appointed as the sole supplier to BKK.

“Through our established routines for recruitment and consultant follow-up, we ensure that clients receive the right expertise for the right project. Quality assurance, communication, and close follow-up are central elements of our delivery model,” says Bjørkheim.

Expanding into a new sector

The agreement marks a natural expansion of Omega 365 Consulting’s work into energy distribution, a sector that plays a key role in the green transition. The company already holds a strong position within oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy, and its experience from complex technical projects provides a solid foundation for further growth.

BKK is one of Norway’s largest distributors of electrical energy, serving more than 270,000 grid customers and operating roughly 22,500 kilometers of power lines. Headquartered in Bergen, the company is known for strong professional environments, development opportunities, and its focus on sustainable energy solutions. The collaboration helps secure the expertise needed in a market with increasing demand.
