Over several years, Omega 365 contributed to the implementation of Cost Management for a multinational energy company. Alongside system development, team members worked on location with users, listening to feedback and adapting the rollout to local practices.

Analyst Bradley Campbell, who spent six months on-site with the client, observed that being present made a difference.

“Face-to-face support helped build confidence in the tool and made learning more effective.”

The project emphasized not only formal training, but also individual follow-up, informal coaching, and local engagement. Each business unit received an approach adjusted to its own workflows and routines. As Campbell explained:

“Adoption depends on two things: engaged people within the organization and an approach that fits local needs.”

Introducing new systems also meant aligning with existing processes. The solution was adapted to continue familiar ways of working while adding improvements in accuracy and efficiency.

The project was a collaborative effort involving contributions from Omega 365 staff across several regions, covering implementation, training, data migration, and the introduction of best practices, supported by team leadership.

“At its core, this project reinforced a belief I hold strongly: Technology works best when it’s paired with personal interaction,” concludes Campbell.

Omega 365 continues to support the client with organizational change, further rollouts, and strategies to encourage user adoption.
