System developer and comic book enthusiast, Frode Haaland, celebrates his 25th anniversary as an Omega employee in July. Frode believes he knows why Omega 365 employees choose to stay with the company for the long haul.

Omega 365 Areal has signed an agreement with Vindafjord municipality for the provision of services in the field of areal planning. Department Manager for Planning, Elisabeth Silde, sees the agreement as an exciting addition to their business.

In May and June, several prestigious projects were migrated from Pims 365 to Omega 365. The team who moved this significant amount of data, the ‘data migration team’, has faced a huge workload and uncovered new solutions in the course of their work so far. Team leader, Lars Aas Kjebekk, says the team itself, and its member’s cooperation, has been key to the success of these projects.

On 13 June, as many as five new employees started at Omega 365’s Stjørdal office, and they all have a background from game development.

To improve our fire protection preparedness, Omega 365’s Norwegian offices will soon receive reflective vests with the word "Brannvern” (“Fire protection”) presented on the back. Our safety delegate at the Ølensvåg office, Sandra Hegerland, hopes the measure will strengthen workplace safety.

Earlier this year, Omega 365 donated this year's Christmas gift to the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) to strengthen their work in Ukraine. Their goal is to help 800 000 people, and their work is well underway.

Lars Dalen has been a cornerstone of Omega since the company’s inception. He is now retiring.

Omega 365 Consulting has recently signed a new framework agreement for consulting services with Aibel. The agreement has a duration of two years with options of extending up to a total of eight years.

Omega 365 France's Pau office was officially registered on March 7 2019; this week, after almost two years without client visits due to the pandemic, they could celebrate their third anniversary!
