Omega 365 signs agreement with CarbonCuts
Omega 365 Software’s department in Denmark has recently signed an agreement with the Danish company CarbonCuts, which operates in the environmental and sustainability sector. Through this agreement, Omega 365 will deliver a project system and provide technical support to facilitate the effective execution of CarbonCuts’ work in carbon reduction and climate-related initiatives.

CarbonCuts provides solutions for carbon reduction and climate-conscious strategies, assisting organizations in achieving their sustainability goals through tools and services that reduce carbon footprints and promote responsible practices.
Omega 365’s deliveries are linked to the Ruby Project, a pioneering initiative for onshore CO₂ storage in Rødby, Lolland. The project holds significant societal value and is partially funded by the Danish government, which contributes 20 percent. CarbonCuts is a subsidiary of BlueNord.
The agreement includes the implementation of the Document Management, Meetings, and Scope modules, with the possibility of expanding to additional modules in the future. Omega 365 will also be responsible for training super users and has signed a framework agreement under which Artem Rizo will serve as system administrator and document controller on a consultancy basis.
Bjarne Topp Haugland is responsible for the client relationship, while Artem Rizo leads the implementation project. The team also includes Patrick Jørgensen as developer and Thomas Fredriksen as Solutions Analyst in training.
“We have set up the system quickly since mid-May 2025, and we expect around 30 users to start using Omega by the end of September. The users are well prepared and are acquiring system knowledge rapidly, partly because several have previous experience with PIMS,” says Project Manager Artem Rizo.
“The collaboration with CarbonCuts gives Omega 365 the opportunity to contribute to an important environmental project with significant societal impact. With a dedicated team and a clear implementation plan, everything is in place for a successful delivery and further development of the collaboration,” he continues.
The selected modules provide a solid foundation for structured document management, effective meetings, and clear project scope. With flexibility for expansion and customization, the solution can grow in line with the client’s needs.
