Autumn Dinners bring consultants together
In a company where consultants work across different projects and locations, creating opportunities to meet, share updates, and stay connected is essential. The Omega 365 Consulting’s annual Autumn Dinners offered exactly that, giving consultants the chance to hear company news, meet colleagues face-to-face, and strengthen networks.

The Autumn Dinners have become a valued tradition across Omega 365 Consulting.
The evenings featured presentations from Omega 365 Consulting’s department managers, insights into ongoing projects and training opportunities, and updates on the 2026 Advantage teambuilding program and available holiday houses. Combined with good food and plenty of time to mingle, the gatherings created a welcoming setting for consultants to reconnect and exchange experiences.
“I’ve really enjoyed helping to organize the autumn dinners! This was my first time, and it was wonderful to see people enjoying themselves and having great conversations. Our consultants truly deserve some extra recognition, and it was rewarding to see how much they appreciated the evening,” says Marianne Dalaker Miljeteig from the Service Center at Omega 365.
This year’s dinners were held in Oslo, Hammerfest, Nordheimsund, Odda, Sandefjord, Stavanger, Grimstad, Stord, Mongstad, Bergen, and Haugesund, bringing together more than 398 consultants. Throughout the events, participants shared stories from assignments across industries such as oil and gas, energy, and infrastructure.
“It was great to meet up. The atmosphere was good, the conversations flowed easily, and the presentation about Omega was engaging,” says Frank Olav Døsvik, Instrument Engineer at Aibel in Stjørdal, who attended the dinner in Trondheim.
The Autumn Dinners have become a valued tradition across Omega 365 Consulting. By creating spaces to connect beyond project work, the company continues to strengthen the relationships that support both colleagues and clients.
