Advantage Teambuilding in Sunny Cologne
Shared experiences outside the regular workday are a great way to strengthen both community and collaboration. Recently, colleagues from Omega 365 joined an Advantage teambuilding trip to Cologne, Germany’s warmest city, celebrated for its rich history, scenic location along the Rhine, and vibrant culture.

The weekend combined memorable activities with plenty of time to connect. A guided tour of the historic old town offered a glimpse into more than 2,000 years of history, while a leisurely cruise on the Rhine set the scene for relaxed conversations and shared moments.
Participants enjoyed an extended taste of summer, with temperatures reaching close to 30 degrees Celsius. They highlighted the friendly company, the excellent food and drinks, and the impressive Cologne Cathedral, a majestic and powerful structure whose construction began in 1248 and was not completed until 1880.
Evening dinners brought everyone together for good food and informal conversations, first at the traditional Bierhaus en d’r Salzgass and later at Restaurant Augustin, where local ingredients and seasonal dishes were on the menu. These gatherings gave colleagues the chance to connect across projects and offices and helped build relationships that strengthen everyday collaboration.
