A weekend of golf with Advantage

Colleagues from Omega 365 gathered in Kvinesdal, Norway, for an Advantage weekend that combined golf, shared meals, and the chance to strengthen teamwork beyond daily projects.

Omega 365 colleagues enjoyed a weekend in Kvinesdal for Advantage, combining golf, shared meals, and teambuilding across departments.

Over two days on the Kvinesdal golf course, participants played both single stableford and team-based formats, creating variety and plenty of friendly rivalry. Between rounds, the group enjoyed lunches and dinners, including a welcome evening at La Strada.

Advantage is Omega 365’s employee welfare program, offering team events, teambuilding activities, training courses, and learning opportunities. The Kvinesdal weekend showed how the program brings colleagues together to build new connections, strengthen collaboration across departments, and share experiences that carry back into everyday work.
