A steady hand in Omega 365 Software
With nearly 20 years in Omega 365, Nils Arne Ramsvik is known for his solid product knowledge, hands-on approach, and commitment to building tools that support both clients and their teams. He is now stepping into a new role as Department Manager for the Omega 365 Software team in Ølensvåg, Norway.

With nearly 20 years in Omega 365, Department Manager Nils Arne Ramsvik brings strong product knowledge and long experience to the team.
His long experience with Omega 365 Completion Management, together with earlier development work on Pims CMS and tailored deliveries since he first joined the company in 2005, remains an important part of the expertise he brings into the role.
Strengthening client-facing deliveries
In new his position, Nils Arne looks forward to supporting a client-facing software department and helping strengthen the quality of Omega 365’s deliveries across the organization. Creating an environment where collaboration and clear communication will be a key priority.
“I look forward to building up the department, creating good workflows, and helping everyone deliver effectively. By supporting the team, we can ensure high quality, satisfy our customers, and create a work environment that encourages open feedback that supports improvement,” he explains.
His team will include both long-time colleagues and employees who are relatively new to Omega 365. He describes the group as engaged, motivated, and dedicated to delivering strong results for clients.
Outside the office
When he is not at work, Nils Arne is more likely to be found outdoors than behind a screen, whether hunting in the Norwegian autumn or salmon fishing in the summer. He has also contributed locally through Etne Red Cross, where he led Camp Hjørnås, an outdoor activity camp for children and young people, for two years. At home, he is a dedicated father to his daughters and can often be found supporting them in football and gymnastics.
