Since his first solo album was released in 1985, Sting has been a steady chart topper: “Moon over Bourbon Street”, “Englishman in New York”, “Fields of Gold”, “Shape of my Heart”, “Every Breath You Take”, “Fragile” and a number of other classics have dominated hit lists over the last decades.

As part of The Police and as a solo artist Sting has sold more than 100 million albums world wide. The last time he visited Bergen in 2006, he played for 12 000 people in Koengen.

On the 2012 tour "Back to Bass" he will perform stripped down versions of his hits, as they haven't been played in years.
