The hotel
We will stay at Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel is the winner of 2014 HolidayCheck TopHotel Award and is near several attractions such as The Anne Frank Museum, The Van Gogh Museum and The Nine Streets Shopping District.

Three different kinds of pasta’s on platters
- Penne cacciatore with chicken meatballs. A sauce of tomato, Chianti and served with crunchy chicken
- Ravioli filled with Tallegio and Ricotta cheese. Served in a brown butter sauce with fried garlic, sage and almonds
- Spaghetti with gamba, chili, lime, yellow cherry tomatoes and parsley
Limoncello Liqueur (Italian lemon liqueur)
