The Hotel

We are staying at Hotel Garden Lido, a four-star hotel right by the shore. Here we have access to the largest beach in Finale Ligure, beach volleyball and spa.

Beverages for the meals are pre-ordered at each meal. All drinks purchased outside of this must be paid by each participant.

09:30	Bike-trip Guides will meet you at the hotel, and you will be given bikes and equipment
Ca. 12:30	Gathering for lunch at a agriturismo (farm) Return after lunch. A little hard to calculate when you will be back at the hotel since it is dependent on your pace and number of pauses along the way, but we can estimate approximately 5:00 p.m.. The guides reserve the right to change or shorten the trip due to any problems, such as; bad weather, tired participants etc
19:45	We meet in the lobby and go to the restaurant (ca 500 meters)

Excursions and activities

Bike-trip 1

Participants: Kjetil Espeland, Kjersti Stølsvik Meyer, Torgeir Hjelmtveit, Pravin Sawant,
Ole Petter Søbye, Leif Strand, Anders Svantesvold, Jan Trygve Marheim, Maria Djuve Vågen.

The trip (35-40 km) starts from the hotel and goes through four beautiful medieval cities. The trip goes on both paved roads and dirt roads along with olive trees, chestnut and pine forests.

Bike-trip 2

Participants: Jorunn Wathne Løhaugen, Hans Peter Wesøe, Aina Rastogi, Gunn Tollefsen,
Svein Helge Urdal, Kenneth Andre Hjønnevåg, Yulia Kolesnikova,
Anita Kraft Sahlgaard, Vidar Lygre, Audun Haugen, Anne Daling.

This trip also starts from the hotel but is shorter and goes on easier paved roads.

On both trips one cycles through the magnificent medieval town Borgio Verezzi, which is one of the most beautiful in Italy.

Saturday

Dinner at Ristorante Acqua Pazza

The restaurant is about 500 meters from the hotel.

A flan with zucchine and a cream (fonduta) of Parmesan cheese
The chef's lasagna
Homemade gnocchetti with green pesto sauce
Roast veal with seasonal vegetables and a little grilled chicken
Cake with pears, chocolate and mascarpone
Including ½ bottle of wine, water and a coffee per person
