More than 1 100 participants have signed up for the Garborgrittet Rundt cycling race in 2012 and Omega employees have the opportunity to sign up for this cycling event via Advantage.

The Race

Garborgrittet has, for many, become the traditional kick-off race before taking on the Nordsjørittet cycling race.

Garborgrittet is the seeding race for the Nordsjørittet, Birkebeinerrittet and Grenserittet cycling races.

This is the eleventh year Garborgrittet is organized, and more than 2 500 participants are expected to participate. The trails start and end up in Bryne city centre.

The trails

This year the event offers two trails for the participants; instead of the traditional 82 kilometer trail, participants can choose a 58 kilometer trail which excludes the toughest hills.

Advantage points

Employees can sign up for the race via Advantage Events. The offer includes the race registration fee and dinner after the race.
