Note!

  • Smoking is prohibited. The condominium issues a fine of NOK 20,000,- if they discover smoking inside the unit.

  • The condominium requires quiet between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

  • All residents on the property are obliged to maintain peace and order. No one should behave in a way that is a nuisance to the property or other residents.

  • The exterior door should always be locked when leaving the apartment.

  • Please note that check-in is after 5:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you are traveling on a Sunday and no one is booked after you, you can stay until 6:00 PM. Please clarify this with Omega 365 by sending an e-mail to service@omega365.com or +47 5377 5377.

Directions

  • Follow the road to Geilo and turn right towards Kongsberg at the roundabout in Geilo city center.

  • Drive about 1 km on Rv7. Keep your eyes open for signs towards Skurdalen.

  • Take the exit from Rv7 towards Skurdalen. Turn left onto Fv40 (County Road 40), signposted “Dagali/Skurdalen/Kongsberg”.

  • Drive about 3.5 km on Fv40. The road goes up a slight incline and continues past some farms.

  • Turn right onto Skurdalsvegen. Signposted “Skurdalen / Skurdalsvegen”.

  • Follow Skurdalsvegen for about 1 km. Continue straight ahead and you will find Skurdalsvegen 107 on the right.

  • There is parking for one car in the parking garage in the basement of the building (No. 12). Keep to the right when you arrive at the apartment building, and follow the road around the building to the parking garage entrance. You must enter through the side door and open the gate from the inside using the switch on the wall. If you have additional cars, they must be parked outside the building.

  • The apartment is located on the second floor. Apartment no. 207, is marked with an Omega 365 sign.

Cleaning

Washing and cleaning is done by our own cleaner between stays. We therefore ask that the cabin is left tidy after use. Take out the garbage, remove empty goods and empty the fridge/freezer of food. If the cleaners must use more than two hours on the cleaning, the additional expense will be charged to the employee.

On departure

  • Make sure you have all your belongings and leave the apartment tidy.

  • Clean the refrigerator and stove. Clean all surfaces.

  • Lower the temperature of all panel heaters and heating cables to 15 degrees.

  • Garbage must be disposed of in marked containers located in the assigned area. Turn right as you exit onto the main road. Drive about 300 m and you will see a number of containers opposite Kikut Fjellstue.

  • Remember to close all windows. Lock all doors and put the key back in the key box.
