Sigmund lunde

Sigmund Lunde

Chairman of the Board

Sigmund Lunde is a co-founder of the company now known as Omega 365. With over 30 years of experience in project management and systems development, he has played a crucial role in advancing Omega 365’s cutting-edge systems, including Omega 365, Pims, and HMSREG. Lunde currently leads Omega 365 Core, overseeing the development and maintenance of core technology for the Omega 365 Group.

With a technical background in civil engineering and petroleum engineering from Stavanger Ingeniørhøgskole, Lunde combines his expertise with a solution-oriented mindset. Based in Ølensvåg, Norway, he continues to make significant contributions to Omega 365.


Tor Erling Lunde

Tor Erling Lunde

Tor Erling Lunde co-founded the company now known as Omega 365 alongside his brother, Sigmund Lunde. With more than 40 years of experience in project management, he has held several leadership positions and played a key role in shaping and maintaining Omega 365’s project management systems, setting them to a world-class standard. In addition, Lunde founded and has been instrumental in developing Omega 365 Consulting.

Currently, Lunde works in business development, collaborating closely with existing and new clients to ensure the efficient use of Omega 365’s capabilities. A key aspect of his approach emphasizes a deep understanding of the business, which serves as a foundation for Omega 365’s close collaboration with clients and users. This ensures the delivery of streamlined systems with optimized workflows, enabling well-managed and highly efficient project execution.

Lunde holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stavanger Ingeniørhøyskole and currently lives and works in Bergen, Norway.


Iselin Nybø

Iselin Nybø

Board Member

Iselin Nybø brings extensive experience in policymaking and public decision-making, gained through her previous roles as Minister of Trade and Industry (2020–2021), Minister of Research and Higher Education (2018–2020), and Member of Parliament in Norway (2013–2017). She currently leads the employment law practice group at Schjødt, providing advisory services to clients across various business sectors and serving as a trusted consultant for multiple companies. Her expertise includes trade and industry, as well as crisis management.

A graduate of the University of Bergen, Nybø is based in Stavanger and divides her time between offices in Stavanger and Oslo.


Lars Langsrud

Lars Langsrud is a founding partner at Alpha Corporate Finance, bringing extensive expertise in international investment banking. With six years at Morgan Stanley, he played a key role in overseeing global transactions in both New York and London. Following his tenure at Morgan Stanley, he led Danske Markets Corporate Finance (DMCF) in Oslo for seven years.

Langsrud holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Michigan, graduating with high honors, and an MBA from INSEAD. Based in Oslo, Norway, he continues to make significant contributions to the finance industry.

Børge Hald is a prominent figure in the global technology industry, serving as co-founder, CEO, and Executive Chairman of the Silicon Valley-based software company Medallia from 2001 to 2021. Medallia is a leading provider of real-time tools designed to enhance the customer experience. Under Hald’s leadership, the company pioneered a cloud platform that enables businesses to collect customer feedback and leverage data analytics for continuous innovation, revenue growth, and churn reduction.

Hald holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is currently based in California, USA.


Kathrine Steen Andersen

Board Member

Kathrine Steen Andersen is the Department Manager at HMSREG AS, a company that provides IT solutions to help clients in the building and construction industry comply with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) requirements. HMSREG was originally developed by Omega 365 in collaboration with Oslo Municipality, where Andersen served as the project leader for its development and implementation. She joined Omega 365 in 2019 to support the system’s further growth and development.

HMSREG has since been established as a separate company but continues to use the Omega 365 platform to provide efficient, user-oriented services to its clients.

Andersen holds a business economics degree from BI Norwegian Business School and has prior experience in the market research industry, where she assisted clients in obtaining decision support, particularly within media and communications.


Marianne Andersen

Marianne Andersen

Board Member

Marianne Andersen is a Team Lead at Omega 365 Solutions with 20 years of experience at Omega 365. She began her career in Omega 365 Consulting, specializing in Document Control and LCI within the oil and gas sector. Andersen has contributed to several EPCI projects, including serving as Discipline Lead for DCC on the Snøhvit project in Hammerfest.

In her current role, she leads multiple implementation and migration projects for Omega 365, working closely with clients in Omega 365 Denmark and Omega 365 France.

Andersen holds an MSc in Information Management from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen and an MSc in Health Informatics from NTNU in Trondheim. She also studied Marketing in Randers, Denmark, where she grew up. Andersen is based at Omega 365’s headquarters in Ølensvåg.
